SOS 101: Cara talks about her business

Mission Statement Cara’s mission as a Professional Organizer is to raise awareness on the advantages, benefits, prosperity and abundance possible when living a well organized life. She works with individuals who are ready to make a change in their lives and become better organized in the process. About Cara Brook Cara founded the company Strategize.Organize.Simplify. LLC (S.O.S.) in February, 2004. Prior to that she had seven years of experience as a project manager in the large corporation, small business and non-profit arenas. She is currently the President of the Connecticut Chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers.
	Her specialties include:
	Keeping clients focused on the task at hand and motivated to see the project through to completion.
	Acting as the facilitator at business meetings, listening to client needs, and directing them down a path to discuss potential solutions
	Creating filing systems for small businesses and corporate departments that allow all employees to find what they need, when they need it
	Interpreting the specifications of her clients to the information technology team so that an improved, creative solution can be implemented
	Designing a computer database for a small company whose client information was historically only accessible via paper files
